Reiki, a form of energy healing, is an ancient practice that is used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional healing. Research suggests that using Reiki as a complementary therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal body and mind via the relaxation response. Reiki is accessible to everyone and is easy to learn. Practitioners use specific hand positions, held for a few minutes on or near the client’s clothed body.

1. Intuitive Body Scan & Reiki Session (1st Session)
First you will do a session with Sarah Foo, who will perform an in-depth intuitive body scan, where intuitive insights reveal energetic imbalances or blockages. Everything from your blood, to organs and mental health will be reviewed and you will be provided with all notes. The session will end with a complete Reiki balancing to put your body, mind and heart in alignment. This will not only calm you, but help your entire being work as a whole, preparing you for the journey ahead.

2. Nutrition Assessment (2nd Session)
Following the body scan, you will meet with our nutritionist to discuss the findings. Drawing from the insights gathered, you will receive a tailored nutrition assessment that includes:
o Customized Diet Plan: A comprehensive meal plan based on your unique needs, preferences, and any specific health goals. Grocery lists can be provided as well to assist.
o Supplement Recommendations: Evidence-based suggestions for supplements that align with the insights from the body scan, designed to support your body's healing processes.

3. Wellness Strategy & Follow-Up Coaching with Kate (3rd Session & 4th Session)
